- Property Tax Reduction (Circuit Breaker) for Disabled Veterans. Idaho offers a property tax reduction on the primary residence for veterans with a service-connected disability of 10% or higher, subject to income thresholds and occupancy rules set annually by the Idaho State Tax Commission.
